Pretend the birds don't sing and darkness covers everything the candlelight may call to shapes and shadows on the wall inside is so unkind mistaken eyes are all you find to anchor sanity instead of blind reality The queen has left her throne and now you struggle on alone to blindly find your way or lose another 13 days to time which never waits 'till your prepared to meet your fate the signals dance in light the day will certain break the night The seconds tick away as daydreams mark another day the worn and weary thought we grab for oil behind our plot to make a riteous sound our army's armed to soil the ground with running crimson fools to soak the sand impose our rules

Dear Moon 15:38
Don't moor this change Foretold from snow time Looking around after sorrow We all smile and dark Whisper harvest Ice moon, snowflake dawn Ancient child dust moments Shares regret needs gentle peace Ghost alone, shade ahead Winter road follows west Nearer breeze beyond reach As lightning clouds embrace the sky Create regrets The low dark breezes Barely the ancient must vanish within Pale grey sorrow After whisper dreams Beyond the mountains soon shadows weep Mirror mirror Lightning brings sleep Mirror mirror Lightning brings sleep While ghosts of despair murmur cold and rainbow oceans share the morning... Mirror mirror Lightning brings sleep Mirror mirror Lightning brings sleep While ghosts of despair murmur cold and rainbow oceans share the morning...

about

"Eat the Bugs" is unusual in the Mutiny in Jonestown discography as it's almost completely instrumental. Only "The Long March" and "Saturday Suite" have minimal vocals.

about

Mutiny in Jonestown Washington

Influenced by classic 70's progressive rock bands like King Crimson, Van Der Graaf Generator & Genesis - along with late 60's psychedelia from The Beatles, Procol Harum & Pink Floyd (with a little 70's Black Sabbath thrown in for good measure), Mutiny in Jonestown has always sought to take these influences and synthesize them into something new.

The band has released 42 albums since 1987.
